Our company is the manufacturer and developer of diamond and square mesh producing machines and tools in Hungary since the 1990s.
he melt pump provides continuous and stable extrusion process by eliminating the pulsation of the pulley. The uniformity of the melt leaving the head is significantly improved.

We undertake the renovation, replacement, remanufacturing of single or twin-screw extruders of any kind as well as pulley or cylinder units according to samples or drawings of injection molding machines in wide size range.

Long hole drilling into round steel bar
With our own-developed machine we undertake long hole drilling tasks in 16 – 75 mm diameter range with short deadlines.
Hole length: minimum 480 mm – maximum 3000 mm, in case of bilateral drilling of a through hole
Nominal hole diameters: 16, 18, 22, 25, 26, 30, 31, 32, 33, 35, 38, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 63, 65, 75 mm
Difference from nominal hole depends on the drill in stock: -0.5 – -0.2 mm
On a conventional lathe: Ø600 x 3000 mm
On a headboard lathe: Ø1300 x 250 mm
